Since I was young physical activity and sports has formed a part f my life. My passion has turned into my profession. To transmit the benefits of healthy life habits to the people that invest their trust in me, it gives me so much reward and it motivates me to improve each day.

I have been working as a personal trainer since 1996 during these years I have worked with different kinds of clients, from professional “elite athletes” to businessmen.

Each one of them have their aims and goals; to recuperate from injures, or loose weight, increase muscular mass , or simply want to follow an healthy lifestyle.

This profession has given me insight into the best centres and to work with the best professionional sport personalities in the world, such as sats in Scandinavia, the fitness virgin active in Cabo: South Africa, and other countries like Finland, Spain and Sweden.
